  • No. Our agreements are designed to allow collaboration for as long as it’s mutually beneficial. We only request that owners honor any reservations made under our management to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • We use an advanced pricing strategy that considers factors like location, property size, amenities, local competition, and seasonal demand to determine the most competitive yet profitable rate for your property.

  • We completely understand and respect that. You just need to let us know the dates when you’d like to use your property, and we’ll block those dates from being booked by guests.

  • Our standard practice is to process payments monthly. You’ll receive a detailed statement along with your payment, outlining all income and expenses for complete transparency.

  • We provide all our property owners with a Report that is updated monthly showing each reservation, its earnings, as well as expenses (cleaning, restock, maintenance, etc.)

  • Yes, we do. High-quality photos are key to attracting guests, so we connect owners with professional photography services to showcase your property in the best possible light.
